On Tuesday, April 3rd, Mason City citizens went to the polls to vote for the renewal of the tax levy for the support of both the funding for the Instructional Support Levy (ISL) anad the Physical Plant and Equipment Levy( PPEL). The vote on Tuesday resulted in passing the renewal for the levy, which will extend the levy for another 10 years. Because the ISL and the PPEL programs are approved for the next ten years, they will help fund technology for students, create faculty district improvements, along with many other benefits. Those involved in the promotion for this vote would like to thank all of those who had voted in this decision that will improve our school district for years to come.
