Our boys are off to a great season this year. Led by a talented group of seniors, with captains, Mac Skogen, Jake Rood, and Kyle Lang. The boys had a dramatic double overtime victory over Waukee, 76-74. Due to inclement weather they’ve had a couple games cancelled, but the team is 5-2. Kyle Lang leads the team in scoring 19.9 points per game, and shooting 41.7% from beyond the 3-point arc. Hunter Dingman leads the team in assist, as Mac Skogen leads the team in steals. They will be training hard over break to prepare for the second half of the season. Coaches have some high expectations for the season. The team’s goal is to excel in tournament play.
